Hans and Hainro Groenewald is the father and son duo , together with sis Marchelle Mostert they form the heart of this business and is the owners of Guano Organic Fertilizer. The company is located in the beautiful Gansbaai, about 180 km from Cape Town. Hans and Hainro started Guano Organic Fertilizer in 1999 with the aim of providing farmers with an effective natural fertilizer alternative that is suitable for any crop.
Marcelle as financial director joined in 2005. Together with Albert and Suretha Kruidenier in the depot in Standerton, Mpumalanga and further 13 agents all over South Africa which forms an outstanding network.
They want to help farmers increase the overall health and nutrition of their plants. The ultimate goal is to increase crop yields and make sustainable, organic farming all the more feasible and profitable.

While Hans plays to his strengths and mostly works with the clients, Hainro’s expertise is best utilized with his involvement in the production processes, Marcelle as Financial Director. Albert and Suretha in Standerton as the unstoppable marketing team, together with all field agents form the perfect team.
